NovaMab completes first GMP ADC campaign in its contained facility
NovaMab has completed its first GMP antibody-drug conjugate campaign, manufacturing drug substance under high containment (OEB) controls. The campaign demonstrated controlled handling of a cytotoxic payload through conjugation, purification and fill, with full DAR and free-drug release testing.
